Actis to amass inexperienced power tasks from ReNew Energy in India

UK-based personal fairness agency Actis has reportedly began talks to amass greater than 550MW capability of inexperienced power tasks from Indian firm ReNew Energy.

Livemint quoted sources with data of the event as saying that Actis has provided $403m (Rs30bn) for this acquisition.

The proposed acquisitions embrace Pavagada Photo voltaic Park, a 300MW photo voltaic venture situated in Tumkur district within the state of Karnataka, and a 250MW wind farm within the state of Gujarat.
